How and When Do You Get Paid?
Payroll: CharterWest pays you every Friday,
as long as you have a complete file in by Tuesday
of that week. We Direct Deposityour
payroll, not snail mail, into your personal
checking or savings account.
What States Do We Lend In?
As a Mortgage Lender we are
licensed in the following States: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Iowa,
Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi,
Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina,
North Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Dental:
Dental insurance is available for all Retail
Partner Employees and their families. Life/AD&D: A
$50,000 life insurance policy is provided for all
Retail Partner Employees. An Additional $50,000
Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy is
provided to all employees.
401K: All Retail Partner Employees are eligible to
contribute to 401K.
For 401K immediately but can only enter on January 1/July
1. 1099 employees are not eligible for all
Benefits, state licensing, and FHA/VA. Benefits
may not be available immediately in some regions.
